Jelly Beats (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app, including recording and optionally sharing audio.

Audio Recordings

• You can record audio using the app.
• Recordings are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.
• We do not automatically upload, listen to, or view your recordings.

Shared Projects

• If you choose to share a project or composition, the associated audio and any related metadata (e.g., project title or description) are uploaded to our servers.
• Shared projects are temporarily stored for up to seven (7) days on Cloudflare servers located in the EU region.
• After seven days, shared projects are automatically deleted.
• There is no manual delete function, but data will be removed automatically once the retention period ends.

Technical Data

• We may collect limited technical data to operate and improve the app, such as device type, operating system, app version, and anonymous diagnostic data (e.g., crash reports).
• This data does not include your audio content.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core app functionality (recording, playback, sharing)
• Maintain and improve app performance
• Diagnose and fix technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or use your recordings for analytics or advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Shared audio is stored on Cloudflare servers in the EU region.
• Audio is automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days.
• Unshared audio remains only on your device.
• We use secure transmission (HTTPS) and encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access or delete your personal data under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR). Since shared projects are automatically deleted after 7 days, there is no need for manual deletion requests for shared content.
